1. Who we are

This website is operated by Beauty Star Medical Company (Beauty Star Clinics), Commercial Registration 4030432423, VAT number 310999887100003, Yab Business Center, 7850 Prince Sultan Road, Al Khalidiyah, Jeddah 23423. Contact: 9200 24880 or info@beautystar.com.sa.

2. Accepting these terms

When you complete a paid order on the website, you are asked to explicitly accept these terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the time of your acceptance is saved with the order.

This acceptance covers buying the service online only. It is not medical consent to any procedure; informed medical consent is taken at the clinic before the procedure. It is also not consent to marketing messages.

If the patient is a minor, the booking must be made by their guardian or with the guardian's lawful consent.

Your right to cancel, its costs and how to request it are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Medical services

Website content is for information and is not a diagnosis or a promise of results. Every procedure is subject to assessment by the doctor or specialist, who may recommend a different option or decline a procedure that is not medically suitable. Paying for a service does not oblige the medical team to perform an unsuitable procedure; in that case the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals.
• Prices on the Prices page are the regular service prices.
• Campaign prices (such as Pink October) apply only to the service named on the card and during the announced campaign period, and cannot be combined with another discount unless stated.
• Surgical procedures are shown as "from" prices and cannot be paid online; the final price is set after consultation.
• The amount to be charged is shown in the order summary before payment, and no other amount is charged.

5. How ordering and booking work

1. Choose a service and add it to your cart, or send a booking request from the "Book now" form.
2. To pay online, sign in with your mobile number.
3. Review the order summary (services, quantities and total) and accept the terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Pay on the payment gateway page.
5. The clinic team contacts you to confirm the appointment.

Order statuses:
- "Received": your request has arrived; the appointment is not fixed yet.
- "Awaiting payment": the order was created but not paid.
- "Paid": after the payment gateway confirms the payment and it is verified.
- "Confirmed": after the clinic confirms the appointment.

The date and time you choose are preferences; the appointment is fixed only once the team confirms it.

6. Payment

Online payments are made through the Moyasar payment gateway, and the available payment methods are shown on the payment page itself. Your card issuing bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).

An order counts as paid only after the payment gateway confirms a successful payment and our servers verify it. If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not accepted, and you can try again or contact us. Your card issuing bank may apply its own fees under its terms.

The contract is concluded when the payment is completed successfully on the payment page, and you are then bound to the amount shown in the order summary.

If there is a mistake in your order details, tell us within twenty-four hours of sending it so it can be corrected, unless you have already used the service (Article 4 of the Implementing Regulation of the E-Commerce Law).

7. Invoice

The clinic provides an invoice for a paid order showing the price of each service and the total. The website does not issue invoices automatically at present; you can request yours from customer care or collect it at the clinic.

8. Patient safety

You must tell the doctor or specialist about your medical history, pregnancy, allergies, medications and any other relevant information before treatment. The clinic may postpone or cancel a service where there is a medical contraindication or a safety risk, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy then applies.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content, marks or images without permission. All rights belong to Beauty Star Medical Company or their respective licensors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and do not limit the statutory rights of consumers. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably through our complaint channels, without limiting your right to approach the competent authority.
