2. تأكيد الموعد
بعد إرسال طلب الحجز تظهر لك رسالة «تم استلام طلبك»، ثم يتواصل معك فريق العيادة لتأكيد الموعد. التاريخ والوقت اللذان تختارهما مفضّلان، ولا يُعد الموعد مثبتًا حتى يؤكده الفريق وتظهر حالته «مؤكد» في حسابك. قد نقترح موعدًا بديلًا بحسب توفر الطبيب أو الجهاز.
3. قبل الزيارة
يُبلغك الفريق بتعليمات التحضير عند الحاجة. نرجو الحضور في الموعد وإحضار الهوية وأي تقارير أو معلومات عن الأدوية يطلبها الفريق. تنفيذ الإجراء يعتمد على التقييم الطبي والموافقة المستنيرة في العيادة.
4. ما تحصل عليه بعد الدفع
بعد تأكيد نجاح الدفع تظهر حالة الطلب «مدفوع» في حسابك مع رقم الطلب والمبلغ. وتزوّدك العيادة بفاتورة الطلب عند طلبها من خدمة العملاء أو في العيادة.

السبت إلى الخميس، من 1:00 مساءً إلى 9:00 مساءً (الجمعة إجازة)، في مركز ياب للأعمال، الدور الأول، 7850 شارع الأمير سلطان، حي الخالدية، جدة 23423. قد تتغير الساعات في الإجازات الرسمية.
1. Where services are delivered
The services on the website are medical and aesthetic services delivered in person at Beauty Star Clinics in Jeddah. The website does not sell products that are shipped to customers.
2. Appointment confirmation
After you send a booking request you see a "Request received" message, and the clinic team then contacts you to confirm the appointment. The date and time you choose are preferences; the appointment is fixed only once the team confirms it and its status shows "Confirmed" in your account. We may suggest another time depending on doctor or device availability.
3. Before your visit
The team tells you about any preparation needed. Please arrive on time and bring your ID and any reports or medication information the team asks for. The procedure depends on the medical assessment and informed consent at the clinic.
4. What you get after paying
Once the payment is confirmed, your order shows as "Paid" in your account with its order number and amount. The clinic provides the invoice on request from customer care or at the clinic.

Saturday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (closed Friday), Yab Business Center, first floor, 7850 Prince Sultan Road, Al Khalidiyah, Jeddah 23423. Hours may change on public holidays.
